BAG FILTER CONTROLLER (BFC) Triac Output
Description
Function:
Bag Filter Controller (BFC) is Solid State Sequential Timer. This is designed to control the cleaning cycle of On-Line Bag Filters with adjustable ON and OFF Time. It is available in various models to suit different output requirements Custom Built Timer Panels with additional feedback and interlocks, which are designed as per customer requirement.
Operation:
To operate output solenoid valves in sequence from first to last selected channel. Upon energizing the last channel the sequence shall start from first channel.

| Solenoid is energized at Zero Crossing of AC cycle to reduce solenoid inrush current. This improves solenoid and timer life |
| Separate terminals for solenoid phase and neutral connections, hence no need of separate junction box. All terminals are IP-20 grade to protect user from electrocution |
| Surge suppressors are provided to protect output circuit from high voltage surge generated during solenoid operation |
| D.P. Switch and Remote on command are the inputs to the timer |
| Operating sequence can be started or stopped from Remote location or through PLC / DCS system |
